Q: Does Birdsong bottle their beer?

A: While we don't offer traditional 12-oz bottles at stores or retailers, we do offer 1/2-gallon growlers, available in our taproom.

Q: What ingredients do you use in your beer?

A: There are four main components to our beers: water, malted barley and/or wheat, hops, and yeast.

Q: I've noticed some sediment in my beer. What is this?

A: At Birdsong, we don't filter any of our beers. Because of this, once brewing is complete, some small amounts of yeast and proteins will remain suspended in the beer. This is a normal feature of the beer and adds flavor and complexity that we like. We think you will too.

Q: What is the shelf life of a Birdsong beer in a growler?

A: An unopened, refrigerated growler will keep for 7-10 days and an opened, refrigerated growler will last 2-3 days.
